Be Lagom, the first sustainable and organic architectural project in Spain, will be built with CUPA STONE natural stone. This exclusive promotion, located in Benahavis (Málaga, Costa del Sol), is a new development of 13 luxury villas with spectacular views over the Mediterranean. Gonzalez & Jacobson Arquitectura designed the project with the most exclusive natural stone from CUPA STONE for the facades and the kitchen countertops of the houses.
STONEPANEL™ NILO FOR FACADE CLADDING
International promoter Altur Homes has launched Be Lagom project, inspired by sustainability, organic food and circular economy. The 13 luxury villas will include 3,500 m² of STONEPANEL™ Nilo for facade cladding and natural stone countertops from CUPA STONE for kitchens.
Architecturally, the project blends natural materials and contemporary design. The use of natural stone combined with iron and wood “recalls traditional construction, whilst providing warmth and integrating with nature”.
STONEPANEL™ is the only panel certified for exterior installation. More specifically, STONEPANEL™ Nilo is composed of pieces of cream colored limestone with golden ruts and earth tones.
A NATURAL AND SUSTAINABLE PROJECT
Be Lagom has been granted the BREEAM® certification for building sustainability, the highest rate at global level. The project will boast over 5,000 m² of Mediterranean gardens, with organic fruit orchards, an abundance of flowers and trees and stunning landscaping. The villas which will start at a price of 1.2 million euros, are aimed at buyers from countries such as Norway, Sweden, Belgium and England.
Gonzalez & Jacobson Arquitectura designed the project under the tutelage of architect Rodolfo Amieva. Laura Pou, will be at the forefront of landscaping, whilst Guillermo Tragant and his studio Furia have been responsible for the conceptualisation of the project. Finally, Marina Romero will be the promoter of Altur Homes.
